Collector’s Return Policy

 

At MARA Art Studio + Gallery, each online order is custom made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of heart, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse. We want you to love what you receive. If your piece arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost. Please let us know within 14 days of delivery (depending on the product) by emailing us at sales@marastudiogallery.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

A few key notes for collectors:

  • Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with our production partners and shipping carriers to make it right.

  • Custom items, gift cards, and sale items are final sale.

 

Every item is created with care, and slight variations in print or finish are part of the uniqueness of handmade, print-on-demand art. Because each item is custom printed and/or produced, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of defects, misprints, or production errors. We are committed to ensuring your order arrives in excellent condition. If there is an issue, we’ll work with you and our production partners to make it right.

Claims for Defective or Damaged Items

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • If a product is deemed defective or has a production error, it will be reprinted and re-shipped at no cost to you.

  • If your order is lost in transit, a claim must be filed within 21 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please email sales@marastudiogallery.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos illustrating the problem.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of custom, print-on-demand production, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered (please verify sizing charts before purchasing)

  • Personalized or custom commissions

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

Wrong or Insufficient Address

If an address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the order will be returned to the production facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed.

 

Unclaimed & Undeliverable Packages

Unclaimed packages returned to the manufacturer may be donated or recycled after 30 days. MARA is not responsible for replacing packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. In these cases, we will assist in opening a claim with the shipping provider.

 

Variations + Handmade Quality

All products are handmade and custom printed. Slight variations in color, placement, or finish may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each item, not defects.

 

Refunds + Resolutions

If your claim is approved, resolutions may include:

  • Reprinting and reshipping your order (most common)

  • Issuing store credit
