MARA Art Studio + Gallery Shipping Policy
At MARA Art Studio + Gallery, each online order is made-to-order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners.
Each order is carefully packaged and sent with the intent of delivering your artwork safely to you. If you encounter any issues, we’ll work closely with you and our production partners to find a solution.
We want your experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery, so here’s what you can expect:
Processing & Production Time

Because each item is custom printed, please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

During high-demand periods, production may take a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated if there are delays.
Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Most orders arrive within:

U.S. & Canada: 5–10 business days after production

International: 10–20 business days after production

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and carrier rates.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@marastudiogallery.com so we can assist.

MARA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).
Wrong or Insufficient Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If the courier deems the address insufficient, the package will be returned to our production partner. Reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer once a corrected address is provided.
Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are unclaimed by the recipient may be returned to our production partner and, in some cases, donated after 30 days.

Additional shipping fees may apply if you request reshipment.
